Mimbo Theme Navigation Bar WordPress

Hi,
I am having some trouble with the colors in the Mimbo theme, for WordPress.

I have found what looks like the colors, but I can't figure out if this is correct.

I have tried to plug it into a color chart that I use to find the correct code for a particular pantone, but none of the colors come up?

border-right:1px dotted #83a8b9; ISN'T THIS THE COLOR? (it doesn't match any
margin-right:25px; color I can find???)

padding-bottom:3px;
color:#c6dce6; THIS ONE EVEN SAYS "COLOR"???????? (this one
doesn't match anything either.)

Please help. I am very green at this, and I want to learn.

a. Um, $1 ?!?!? (bump that up a bit for better help)

b. Which color(s) do you want to change? Text color, background color, border color?

c. Firebug is a great browser plugin to show you what CSS is affecting what.
