Migrating Wordpress and Opencart installations to new host WordPress

I'm not sure if this is a valid question so I am starting with a low price. If this Question is not appropriate I will donate to the community pot.

I need to migrate a Wordpress site from my old hosting (www.realityslab.com) to a new one, currently located at test.abbeystationery.com

and

I need to migrate an Opencart site from my old hosting (shop.realityslab.com) to a new one, currently located on a subdomain at test.shop.abbeystationery.com.

I can provide FTP details of both hosts and hosting logins and the databases required to be uploaded to phpMYadmin.


Ideally someone with experience with opencart and migrating CMS to a new servers would be good. But if you think you can do it the moneys there.

If someone is up to the task I will pay them $50.
