Looking for some help with order management.
I sell print work, today I had a client forget to add an option (PPOM Metatag), so I went into the order and added it manually (after she had paid) and captured the payment via invoice sent from square - so doesn't tie in with woo.
Im looking for a plugin that allows me to edit the order - and capture the outstanding balance
So as it stands - it seems woo knows the full payment was taken by provider - but it doesn't seem to know how much provider has taken if I add to the order?
Ive tried changing back to payment pending, after first payment has been taken - and it wants full payment (doesn't consider the payment already taken)
any suggestions?
Also, is there any plugins that allow me to edit the product on admin order - on front end. as using meta tags, its a nightmare to do manually

Custom orders tshirt with front print only ($12)
customer pays
order generated
customer messages to say they forgot to select rear print
I edit order to reflect the updated order (+$5)
Order now shows $17 and paid. but ive only received $12

Yes, but refund takes time to process and not good for customer
