Looking for an existing Social Media Like and Share plugin WordPress

I run a WP 3.9.1. installation and want to add a <strong>social media like and share functionality</strong> by using an existing plugin.
The plugin should show a <strong>vertical (skyscraper) box</strong> filled with <strong>social media icons</strong> to every single page and should remain sticky upon scrolling.
It is a must that the plugin has <strong>2 functionalities</strong> displayed in this box:
1) Share active webpage on social media (at least Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin)
2) Like the company's Facebook page, Follow the company's Twitter account, Follow the company's Linkedin account. (By hitting the 'like' icon the user should NOT like the webpage it is on but like the company's FB, Twitter, Linkedin account).
<strong>Please advise which plugin has these two functionalities.</strong>

Thank you for the great help. I've contacted the theme developer and they are in the process of adding the like and share functionality into one vertical box. That perfectly suits my needs!

Hi Thank you for your reply. Having checked the links above I concluded that these plugins only allow to like/share the actual website/webpage the user is on. They do not have the functionality to like the company's FB/Twitter/Linkedin page/account right? Because that's a must too.

it has 2 functions:
- like/share the active page
- fan/follow the account

note:
you need to do a little trick to show the 2nd vertically.
- create a wrapper to put the shortcode, then

You may not be able to find one that has both sharing and liking bundled into the same interface, which may be okay as it could confuse users a bit (want to like post and accidentally like your page and vice versa). This plugin can handle your second request (looks like the others posted for first request), it is relatively new so no way to know how effective it will be

My opinion would be you should keep the sharing on page inline with the content, and then use a sticky sidebar for liking your company pages.
