How to use a hierarchical order to show Cities and their neighbourhoods on search box at home page?

Like:

São Paulo (City)
- Brooklin
- Moema
- Morumbi
Rio de Janeiro (City)
- Copacabana
- Barra
- Leblon

If that's a navigation menu in wordpress, you an modify it in Appearances>Menu from the administrator pages. To make an item a submenu, drag it just below and to the right from the item you want to have as the "parent" item.
