Lightbox from Thumbnails on Blog Excerpt WordPress

Hi,
So I've handed this site over to my friends, telling them how it works, etc. And now they want it to work differently!!
So here is the thing. If you view the Blog (http://meetingofstyles.co.uk/category/blog/), They have inserted galleries into the posts, which they would like to be viewed in a lightbox type slideshow, on the blog, so people dont have to click into the post and click the correct Theme thumbnails that creates the lighbox! For example: http://meetingofstyles.co.uk/merlyn/
Is this easy?
Will send over ftp or wp access to whoever up for the task!

yes but i would like the lightbox work from the blog post without having to click into the post....
