Lifeless Subscription Page WordPress

Hello,
I've got the CloudServer theme from Themeforest. I've installed the WP-Member (http://wp-member.com/) subscription plugin to use for paid members, once signed up or logged in it directs to a login page that says
LOGIN
Membership Details | Log Out
None of the actions are active so I can't see where e.g. Membership Details needs to direct to. The plugin claims to be able to allow the subscriber to change their subscription, I'm assuming that this needs to be where clicking membership details takes the visitor.
I don't know how to activate the links or find the pages they need to link to?

I just tested the plugin via the demo site:

When I click on the <em>Membership Details</em> link, when I'm logged in, it takes me to the the <em>profile.php</em> page:
