Layout problems: gallery size, page template - replicating html WordPress

I have a template with

two different main layout:
- onecolumnpage.php
- page.php, with the sidebar

and a gallery plugin that now works via php pages.

My need is the layout is as the image in attachment and replicating an html template.

- A template with onecolumnpage.php like the homepage (this works, apparently) with the same gallery sizes of the gallery in the homepage
- A template with page.php with the sidebar like in the image and with the same gallery sizes of the gallery in the homepage
