Karma (TrueThemes) wordpress theme mods WordPress

Hi

I bought the Karma WP theme from TrueThemes.
I need some mods to the theme
I need to add a banner on the top right side of the theme
The banner needs to be a button, needs to have a link.
With the banner on top, the menu needs to go down...
Also the menus news to go down on the inside pages too.

I also need to add an image background to the homepage, and inside pages
image BG on home might be different that image BG on inside pages.

As a plus if we can add a contact form on the homepage will be good.

I also need to add social media sharing in all pages...
