Job - Wordpress multi-site themes integration in one user area WordPress

Hi, i'm developing a portal with wordpress multisite. There will be 4 sections (wordpress sites). See attached 'jpg' file.
The first is a magazine theme dedicated to posting news and where the users will register and manage your profile.
The second is a classified ads website using this theme http://www.appthemes.com/themes/classipress from AppThemes.
The third is a job listing website using this theme http://www.appthemes.com/themes/jobroller from AppThemes.
The fourth is a question answer website using this theme http://templatic.com/demos/answers from Templatic.
Each site/section will have a subdomain.
I want a dashboard in the first site where the user can manage your profile:
- List, add, delete... your classified ads; (classipress theme)
- List, add, delete... your jobs; (jobroller theme)
- List, add, delete... answers; (answers theme)
I want all managment functions provided by the themes on the first site. See attached 'jpg' file.
It's not the default wordpress dashboard.
I will use wordpress multisite with subdomains.

http://jobs.domain.com (job roller theme)
http://classifieds.domain.com (classipres theme)
http://answers.domain.com (answers theme)
The 3 wordpress themes have a user area.
In the Classipress theme this page is for manage the ads. In the Job Roller theme this page is for manage the jobs and in the Answer theme is for manage the questions.
I want all this functions on the main site of the wordpress multisite installation.
I DON'T WANT THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTIRE WEBSITE OR THE STYLING.
THE DEVELOPMENT (FIRST SECTION/SITE) CAN BE MANDE ON ANY THEME, LIKE TWENTYTEN
