Intuit Payments integration with Gravity Forms. Estimate? WordPress

Hello,
I'm looking for an advanced WordPress developer who could build a plugin for http://www.gravityforms.com/ which uses http://payments.intuit.com/ for processing payments.
Here are more details:

We tried using it, but the paypal addon messed with our site somehow - now it's getting overloaded with very long-running mysql queries that lock up the tables and prevent other queries from working.
Our current form was done by our developers, but it doesn't give us any stats or info like Gravity Forms. Our current processor is paypal.
The main functionality would be for the donation form (see attached), but we'd also like to be able to add a donate form to other pages and posts occasionally, as well as on our other websites.
So any existing features you see on there we'd like to keep, like monthly recurring payments, etc.
As long as we can set up a form using Gravity Forms with an addon plugin that can use Intuit to process the payment through. Similar to the GF Paypal Pro addon.
