I need to speed up my wordpress-site WordPress

  • SOLVED

I need to speed up my wordpress-site.
I tried different cache-pluggins (wp-rocket, WP Super Cache,
LiteSpeed Cache) with no success.
I also compressed all the images for web. The loading time is still huge!

What is the best solution? CDN? change hosting?

You have to:
1) surely change your hosting
2) clean your database https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-sweep/
3) use Autooptimize to reduce the number of requests
4) WPFC is a good option as cache plugin
5) reduce the number of js you are executing

In this way you can have it faster but it seems like your design is really heavy.

The wolf plugins you are using are extremely inefficient and they are loading like worth 700KB of scripts and 300KB of CSS which is way too much for what you seem to be achieving. If you can find a better theme or set of plugins, do that.

And use AutoOptimize plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ ) which will combine all CSS and Javascript requests which helps a lot.

And start using Cloudflare. That can help with the load times.

Navjot Singh comments:

Also if you can turn off some features in wolf composer, do that. Maybe that will reduce the number of javascript files being loaded.

If you have already tried optimization and everything is fine, maybe if you need to update your server or change it

I have had a lot of success with

WP-Optimize and AutoOptimize I would recommend those.

Your server response time might be that's also a major problem slowing down websites, if you could change it to a better hosting service it would help. Wpengine and Kinsta are very good that I would recommend. Both offer CDN with hosting plans you can use their CDNs.

If you want exclusive CDNS there are few good ones out there

Cloudflare has a great free plan
Amazon CloudFront and Microsfot Azure also has CDN

You can try any of these suggestions for speeding up your site
