I need to retrieve the content of a db.
I have access to the bakoffice but I don't know the code of the db and I don't know the code of the FTP.

An agency started working on the site, but the client is not satisfied and asks me to finish the job, but the agency is not conciliatory and does not give us the database. We only have access to the backoffice.

backoffice? do you mean /wp-admin/?
do you have the privilege to install plugin?
try this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/backwpup/ to retieve the db and download all files.
