I need to banner spaces added and a post comment problem WordPress

Hello

1. I need 2 300x250 banner to the right next to the page one at the top (same height as the page) and 1 under the other next to the page. here is a example how the site looks like

2. "ERROR: please enter a valid email address." that error I get when I want to post a comment.

you can also use following plugin for the comment validation

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/comment-validation

it will also validate email along with other fields.

1. you can use css to put the ads on that layout
