This is for a site running WP 3.3 and the Corona theme:

I'm not sure if this is a WP or theme issue. The theme allows for a description under the menu label, you'll see that under Blog and Rates right now. This worked fine for my original administrator account, but did not work for a second administrator account I created for the client.
This was probably a bad idea, but I deleted my original admin account to see if that would transfer the privilege to the client admin account, didn't work. I recreated an admin account for myself, but now both client and I can't edit the menu descriptions.
I'm guessing it's some kind of permissions issue related to admin accounts with either the theme or WP....or maybe a plugin conflict? I have White Label Branding installed, but deleted it and it's database tables, so I don't think that was it. Maybe I need to go into the database via PHPMyAdmin and change a setting?
I'm not sure what it will take to troubleshoot/fix this, so I'm willing to adjust the payment. I would love to a) hear from an expert who can definitely solve this and b) find out the cost.
Screenshot of my admin account (before I deleted it):
