Gravity Forms: get fields from current entry and submit new ones WordPress

  • SOLVED

Hi,

I have a form that requires some tricky stuff. The form is being used to submit to a post - i.e. Post Image ( which become the feature image ). There is 2 pages on the form.

Page 1 of the form - First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Accept T&Cs etc, Signup Newsletter, Upload Image ( post Image ). This page then submits the information to the post which is set to 'draft'

Page 2 of the form - This page displays the Image that has just been uploaded but also has a field that will submit to the Post body. It also has the option to replace / reupload the image. The resubmit revised or added fields.

Page 2 of the form is the tricky bit - how do I display the post image for a submitted entry and add post body field into the existing entry??

Thanks,

John

Arnav Joy answers:

can you show me the code how you are doing it , you must be using any hook of gravity form like "gfrom_after_form_sub...." or something , I have knowledge of doing it before , let me know.

There's no code for it just yet - I'm using Gravity Forms. I have setup the required fields on page in a gravity form though ( refer to screenshot )
