Gravity Forms Trouble WordPress

I have gravity forms installed on my site. The forms are set up to send a notification upon submission via email & to create a post draft. Neither of these functions are currently working. I'm looking for someone to diagnose the problem. Let me know if you have experience w/ Gravity Forms or a similar hook setup. Private message for login details.

-by the way, i looked through your blog. that video you mentioned was done in Adobe After Effects.
