Get rid of errant space in Safari WordPress

Hello!

Here's the problem: In Safari, there is a pretty wide gap between the copyright and the disclaimer at the bottom of the page. This does not display in Firefox and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it.

your layout needs to be fixed, the javascript is inserted ackwardly, also there is a div at the very bottom after js, in addition the hight of the content div shows less than the footer with the links, so it is a major mess. Wonder why it does not display worst.
do a overflow=hidden, but better is to correct the real problem
