I have recently downloaded a Wordpress them from Templatic. The theme is called "Video" and it operates in a way similar to Youtube.
Please take a look at the template here:
[[LINK href="http://templatic.com/freethemes/video"]]http://templatic.com/freethemes/video[[/LINK]]
The template appears to be cleanly coded, however I am not an experienced web developer and I quickly ran into problems.
I wish to customize that Video template and turn it into a site where service providers in various industries can display their short video advertisements. The majority of the features are already provided by the template, but changes will need to be made to add more keyword-centric features, and to simplify the procedure of generating thumbnails.
To best explain the project I have written a detailed description of the features which would need to be added, the ways in which I believe they can be done, and mockups of the intended results. I will send the detailed information to anyone who is interested in taking on the project. I would also like to know what the hourly rates of anyone who is interested, and whether or not the option exists for a flat project price, once the specific details are better understood.
Please feel free to respond with any questions, or any suggestions or tips. I wish to be as practical as possible, so any and all inquires are welcomed.
