I've been trying to gain access to a client's WP files via FTP. Here's what I have:
site url: [[LINK href="http://kraddyodaddy.com"]]Kraddyodaddy.com[[/LINK]]
Hosting acct:
[removed at the request of asker]
What the client provided as login credentials:
[removed at the request of asker]
So my question is this: Is that enough info for me to access his files? Or does he need to provide a username?
I tried entering both of those credentials in the "username" field of my Cyberduck client:

When I enter [removed at request of asker] as the username, I get this:
[[LINK href="https://img.skitch.com/20120626-tfd18pyruihu44hne92q5nr9h4.png"]]https://img.skitch.com/20120626-tfd18pyruihu44hne92q5nr9h4.png[[/LINK]]
When I enter [removed at request of asker] as the username, I get this:
[[LINK href="https://img.skitch.com/20120626-j7468djfikea7mr9wsmsb95h17.png"]]https://img.skitch.com/20120626-j7468djfikea7mr9wsmsb95h17.png[[/LINK]]
And when I enter <em>either</em> of the two as a password, I get a Login Failed error.
