You can use ftp.kraddyodaddy.com or directly 173.247.250.112 (better the name).

That's actually the problem. The owner provided me with the info below, but wasn't sure which of of them is the correct username/password to gain FTP access. I thought that since I was able to log into his cpanel successfully, I should be able to use some of the clues he provided to get in. When I had no luck, I figured I would try wpquestions to see if I'm doing something wrong or if he just didn't provide me with enough correct info..?

Sorry Bogdan, I fell asleep last night before seeing your latest replies. I called his hosing company today. His hosting account was initially set up for kraddy.com via NetFirms Hosting. I was able to access his cpanel with username kradoslav and password MK17ultra!. BUT his domain is now www.kraddyodaddy.com. [[LINK href="https://img.skitch.com/20120623-p748qh6meqjiefuttkqjkmue7a.png"]]This screenshot[[/LINK]] shows what I mean.

So maybe that explains why I still can't access his WP files via FTP? I'm even more confused now than I was to start. I'll split the $5 with you and Francisco since you both went out of your way to help first, and I'll post a separate $5 reward for anyone who can help me get to the actual WP site files that are currently being used for www.kraddyodaddy.com.
