Drop Down Menu Arrow Missing WordPress

Issue with arrow from drop down menu. the page is alumcenter.net and the arrows have been replace by squares, also not showing in a mobile device.

the arrow using FontAwesome as webfont, but not loaded.
you can try install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-font-awesome/
since the website using wp-rocket, you should exclude it
