Draggable Fields WordPress

Maybe this isn't a WP question, but it will be incorporated into a theme and I'd rather give my money to y'all than somewhere else.

I have a code for adding text boxes [[LINK href="http://codepen.io/anon/pen/JIfBq"]]http://codepen.io/anon/pen/JIfBq[[/LINK]]

Here's the changes I would like made:
1. I would like a similar, second button added to add check boxes
2. I would like to make each individual text box and check box draggable ([[LINK href="http://jqueryui.com/draggable/"]]this may help[[/LINK]])

Code looks great Ross, is there a way to make the entire added sections draggable and remove the "drag me"?

You can, but its going to do weird stuff when you click to drag over the delete button and checkboxes
