Custom theme needed WordPress

I need a custom theme developed for a new site launching soon. My general criteria are:
-Elegant
-Web 2.0 styling
-Simple
Specific requirements:
-Simple blog
-Custom login (similar to this: [[LINK href="http://templates.justinthemes.com/brainstorm/index-headerno.html"]]http://templates.justinthemes.com/brainstorm/index-headerno.html[[/LINK]] ) click "login"
-Custom registration with a couple extra fields, similar to the login function
-User dashboard
-Standard "page" styling.
I am looking for painfully simple but elegant. The right designer knows what I mean.
It can be a custom skin for an existing theme but I want it to be original.
I will provide people who respond with a link to my current site which has all the content that you can design around.
I will pay cash or equity or both.

It is less a blog and more a service. Simply put, users register and "charge" their accounts with credits they then use to purchase products on other sites. I will send you a private message with my existing site which gives you a better idea of the function.
