Creating Mega Menus WordPress

Hello,
I need this setup for my test site:

My test site is here and its running a child theme of Woothemes Storefront theme

I think I would like it set up in my child theme custom css but you can tell me whats best.
The number of columns should be 10-12

I setup that a sample menu under Products which will be the test dummy with some simple sub menus by the way 3 level deep but I would like the capability to have like I said unto 10 columns and then whatever submenus which will more than likely will be about 10 or less.

So, that page you are using as a reference is from wp-explorer, and you are using a theme by woothemes.
In your case a plugin is the way to go. Something like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/ or this https://wordpress.org/plugins/wr-megamenu/
Building it from scratch would require a lot of custom code, but it's possible as well (not just with CSS though, you'll need some PHP as well)

Based on what they say, you don't need any PHP at all, WP already has that native in its core code, one just needs to add the corresponding CSS to go along with it.
That's the only reason, I reference the post, I'm fully aware that are plugin that offer this same functionality but I simply found this post and I saw that it need some basic CSS and that's why I posted the question here.
I read the post like three time and it doesn't mention anything at all about custom code whatsoever just CSS

Yeah, you'll need a plugin or some custom code (wpexplorer have built that function for their themes, not WP itself).
