Convert Website to Wordpress Completely WordPress

My website is seorenew.com. On the outside it looks like my website is wordpress but it's not. I bought this site and apparently the individual took a theme and customized it to make it their own. So, I would like to know how I can convert all the pages on this site to wordpress. Each page has a index.html file, php files and style.css files. It is a lengthy site. I want to convert it because really the files are written for it to be on wordpress so I image it shouldn't be so hard to put it on wordpress.
How do I create a theme and a blog of the website. Or is it a easier way to add all of these pages to wordpress. I need instructions. I paid two individuals which they said they created a theme but when I login to admin, it says theme is broken with no template. I am at a loss but I would like the capabilities to edit my pages within wordpress, edit content or create content or ect. All the code is there not sure why I just can't put all this information in wordpress theme. Also, would like to know if I create my own theme would I need a license if I sold the site. Need instructions on how I can set this site up on a theme with all pages in wordpress and content.

Actually, why I came on the site. I just wanted someone to tell me how I would do it so I could do it myself. I'm talking about option 2.

what I found is that , your .htacess is modified , you should use following .htaccess to make that work.

Never really got an answer to my question so maybe this will be easier. I have installed the theme corporation. I need to customize the theme to make my site look the way it did before I installed the theme.
Need to know I can change the header picture
Change the background image of the slider
Add a drop down menu and add the paypal boxes.

My site should look the same as qualityseopackages.com. I need to customize my site to look like that one. My site looked the same way when I uploaded the script but I don't want the script. I want my site to be totally wordpress with the customizations of the script.

I am little confused about this one, You told seorenew.com this is your site and it is not in wordpress.
If this is your question then you are wrong, the site is in wordpress and about the pages -> index.html, aboutus.html its just a permalink.
Changing the permalink will work for you and the site is in wordpress.

I understand. I'm confused myself as to how to fix it but trust me there is no wordpress theme installed on this one. The code came from a theme and then they turned it into a script. I just want to turn the script into wordpress so it would be easier for me to manage.
