The project consists of the following stages:
Nono programmed a booking application which runs on www.booking-tttartists.be/v1/admin/. This booking application has all the concert dates of all the band members. The database has been written in PHP & mySQL. Every band has an unique ID.
So what should be done throughout the following steps:
1. http://www.tttartists.be/v3.0/agenda (For this pages there has been made a page template page-agenda-overview.php) should show all the concerts of all groups paged with months "Jan - Feb, …). If the user clicks on one of the artists in the right column it has to go to the according artist agenda ex. http://www.tttartists.be/v3.0/artists/soulsister/agenda and only show the concerts of that group. The right column of the child pages show the next 5 concerts of that artist (group). For this pages there has been made a page template page-artists.php.
2. The left column shows the next 7 concerts of all groups which is called "Upcoming concerts".
Please note that the concert dates need to be list by date.
So the database should we written out when the visitor clicks on the agenda of an artist. www.booking-tttartists.be and tttartists.be are on a different server so maybe XML should be used. Only the concerts with the option "online" may show up.
Maybe an option is to add some php code on the agenda page (ex http://www.tttartists.be/v3.0/artists/soulsister/agenda) of the artist. If there is a new artist the client only needs to add the code with the ID of the booking application to read out the booking database.
The website of tttartists.be runs on Wordpress 3.1. The deadline is very close: should be finished by friday evening. We hope to find someone very fast.

Tom Ransom answers:
Filip, I am contacting you via email with my contact information. But I don't see any reason this can't be done with a simple shortcode. The only technical issue is getting the calendar information from one site to the other. I have several ideas. There are a couple of database questions also.
