Change titel in dropdown menu WordPress

Hi,

I want to change the default name - Select category - in the drop down menu on the right hand side on http://www.airlinestaffrates.com

I am using AVH Extended Category plugin for this menu.

Where can I change it?

Go to admin panel and choose following in menu

AVH Extended Categories >>General Options

under options

write the text at "Select Category Alternative" label

and then click on "Save Changes" below the form
