Change image on theme WordPress

You need to upload a replacement image of the one located at <a href="http://floridadogadoption.com/wp-content/themes/lifestyle_40/images/header.png">http://floridadogadoption.com/wp-content/themes/lifestyle_40/images/header.png</a>.

Just download the image from the site, edit and re-upload using FTP to that location.

That image is a banner and is the background for the header.
It's at:

http://floridadogadoption.com/wp-content/themes/lifestyle_40/images/header.png

Your WordPress theme is called Lifestyle 40. Within its folder is an images folder. That's where you need to put the image file.

You need to replace that image completely. It's 960 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.
