Carousel Link Not Working WordPress

The site is http://gpfes.org
On the homepage slider, the "Read More" buttons are not linking to the respective page. Instead, I see a link "http://gpfes.org/#myCarousel"
I'm not sure which file I need to edit or what changes to make. The site's developer won't be available for several days but I need to go ahead and get this fixed.

The container for the left arrow is going over the Read More button(see attachment). You can fix this by editing style.css line 401 and changing .carousel-control.left to
.carousel-control.left {
margin-left: -30px;
width: 20px;
}
