Can I assemble on the same page WordPress

I'm using Wordpress 3.5
Karam Theme 3.0

I don't know if it is possible to put on the same page an HomePage Video and below the video a HomePage - jQuery2?

I'd really to know the steps to do this modification to my home page.

Hi,
If you look at Karma theme, I can use tha page already furnished called HomePage- Left Video. I just need to put below this video with text an another page called HomePage-Jquery2.

I can't do this directly, I think so. I need to modify the theme to include the HomePage-jQuery2.
What else do you need to know? let me know.
