Buddypress Activity Loop on Each Page WordPress

The normal "[[LINK href="http://siq-gaming.com/activity/"]]Activity Page[[/LINK]]" of Buddypress shows the latest posts + live ajax commenting.
Unfortunately this only works on this page but I want to have it on each page in the sidebar.

I need to get the code with that I can have the full functionality of the buddypress "Activity Page". I want to place it into a php file or sidebar.

I want to use it as a ajax shoutbox.
