Bootstrapping a non-responsive WP site WordPress

We need help to apply Twitter Bootstrap framework to a basic WordPress template that we have designed.
The template is all build, but is currently not responsive. We need to apply Bootstrap 3 to the templates to make the columns responsive.
Looking for help from a developer who knows bootstrap and WordPress well.
