Blog Post Link Fix WordPress

Hey there,
Just need to fix the links on my blog posts. Everytime I publish the post and check out the page, every post link cant be found. Just a 404 error.
My blog page is http://samgrouphv.com.au/newsletter/ just click on the read more links to see what I mean.

Try going to Permalinks on your Dashboard, and save those preferences again.
