Best way to reveal content on a page WordPress

Hi Guys

I have quite a long FAQ page here

http://184.173.197.210/~swo/epicwealth.co.uk/our-approach/faq/

What is the best way for me to reveal the answers on a click.

I want the actual questions showing but the answer hidden until they click on it.

Is there a plugin for this or can i do it with css?
