Best Custom WP Plugin & Theme Development Companies WordPress

I'm looking for some top companies that can do anything with WordPress. These should be companies whose development team is comprised of both theme developers and plugin developers that also have great programming abilities. What well known, well respected companies exist that can handle custom theme development and custom plugin development needs besides Crowd Favorite and Automattic?

I'm the organizer for WordCamp Orange County, and I'm speaking on theme development using Thematic in a couple of weeks at [[LINK href="http://www.renotahoewordcamp.com/"]]WordCamp Reno[[/LINK]].
