Automatically insert content in WordPress post WordPress

In my spare time I work on a Neuroanatomy website which enables users to find a given structure and its afferent (incoming connection) and efferents (outgoing connection)
Here is what a normal post looks like (see image #1), and this is the code view (see image #2).

It's not direct. You can make any plugin to do this.
