Autofocus+ - Add two widget areas (NordicDesign.ca) WordPress

Hi,

I would like to have two widget areas added to http://NordicDesign.ca to integrate ads into the page.

Quick summary of the build; Integration two widget areas into the site. The first one on the main page (see sample img). Adding in an img containing "Sponsors" at the top and on the left of the area a dotted line based on the size of the part. The second widget area will be created on the post page on the right side. Same layout as the area on the main page.

The with of both areas has to be 145px wide and the ads in the middle with a size of 120px.

Both areas have to be easily turned on and off. All existing functions have to keep on working. All changes to the code have to be commented.

We need someone to make the change to the code.
