Application form for employment WordPress

I have a client that wants to put a application form on line via their website I'm building. It is very lengthy and requires signatures on several pages. They sent a scanned pdf of what they want. I'm thinking I can try to get the generic pdf from the form company but not sure if all the applicants will know how to sign a pdf. My other possible option would be to build it in Gravity Forms but not sure how they could sign it.

The client would like the completed form to come back to them as a email.
Any suggestions would be welcomed :)

Have you looked at EchoSign? Or DocuSign? Both are probably better options for secure reliable PDF-based signatures.
