AnythingSlider for WordPress - make it work WordPress

I need this plugin:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/anythingslider-for-wordpress/
to look like on the screenshot attached and to behave like at premierpack.com.

Please advice on required settings and CSS for that.

If there is a need to add some money - I can increase budget a bit.

May be it is not because of updated wordpress version, what is your theme name. And if possible please share your site url with us.

It's site under Maintenance mode and I can't provide the access to it. The problem is that slider has only vertical images+text and no sliding abilities.
