Adding Image as thumbnail in RSS feed WordPress

I would like the image posted each day to show up in the RSS feed as a thumbnail.
Using Autofocus+ Pro theme and am challenged to understand the tutorials I have come across.

Also would like to have an RSS subscription icon on the home page navigation and remove "home page" from navigation.

Are you using this autofocus pro? http://fthrwght.com/autofocus/

If yes, just unzip the attached functions.php and replace with yours.

I had included the fix to flicker image in feed.
You just need to update one of the post and the rss feed will be regenerated and flicker image will show in feed.

Just use the menus option in wordpress admin to setup your menu and home will disappear.
