Activate plugin wp super cache WordPress

I activated the plugin WP SUPER CACHE to reduce download time's blog in wordpress, but I have some problems with the plugin.
I need to sure that this plugin don't generate duplicate content and it charge the blog correctly.

Use W3 Total Cache instead of WP SUper Cache. It is a much better plugin and if you choose Disk Basic as your cache option then there will be no problems with duplicate content.

I deactivated the WP Super Cache and deleted, and then I will installed and activate the W3 Total Cache.
¿Could you explain me all that I need to activate correctly the plugin W3 Total Cache? ¿Could you explain me every features that I need to selected in the General Settings of this plugin W3 Total Cache?
