ACF : custom toolbar tinymce, remove h1 in WordPress

I use this tuto to add a custom toolbar in tinyMce in ACF plugin

but I want remove h1 and adress in the “formatselect” dropdown.
How can I do, please ?

I think it cant be editted.
but it can be removed and replaced.
