403 Error on Admin Page WordPress

I am getting a 403 error on my wp-admin page. Can someone please assist me with this?

I have tested on my test server and its 100% a hosting problem.

This is likely caused by a file or folder permissions access change (CHMOD). If you have FTP access or cPanel File Manager access, look for at the index.php file in the wp-admin folder ... and that folder itself. CHMOD should be 644.

Also, it seems that your admin folder may have been changed to wp1 (very peculiar). Does someone else have high enough access rights to have made these changes without your knowledge?

I tried to log in and got the error. I think your .htacces is blocking things. If you haven't changed it yourself you should contact your host.
