I have already purchased ($15) and install the plugin
I have already add some text fields
what i need:
add datepicker custom field.
save information from all the fields in wp DB and send them to paypal as we will export data from paypal.
get all data saved in DB in exported CSV allowed by the plugin
for the moment, only some fields are saved in wp DB and sent to paypal.
the plugin developper is talking about a new version of the plugin since more than 5 months but I can't wait no more.
Because of codecanyon licensing, i don't want to paste nothing directly here.
