Fix problem with WPML translation in WooThemes Biznizz theme WordPress

The theme has so-called mini-features (Increased patient safety, save time and paper, etc). When the language selector in the sidebar is set to Nederlands (Dutch), these remain in English. However,
they exist in a dutch version.
I use WPML for translation and this works fine for all other site elements and content.

Denzel Chia answers:

Hi,

Do you have any cache plugin installed? such as wp_super_cache or w3 total cache?
If yes, perhaps emptying the cache helps.

Thanks.

WPML has already previously announced that they are 100% compatible with WooThemes, perhaps these features are not wrapped in GETTEXT calls? I would need to have a look at your (theme)code before being able to say anything that makes sense...

Linda answers:

Hi, when you purchase the WooTheme do they automatically give you access to their support forum? If so they have a Forum post entitled: How to Translate slides, portfolio, mini-features with WPML. It is located here: http://forum.woothemes.com/topic.php?id=36211.

I tried to view it but you need to be a member. Maybe somebody else has a membership that can login and view it and share some insight?

Hi Linda,

I have access to their support forum and saw this post. It did not solve my problem though as they mainly refer to WPML and there I did not find a solution either.
The strange thing is that initially this HAS worked and at some point it stopped working. I have no idea what change made it stop working.

I asked my question in the WooThemes forums too (before trying WPQ):

Their reply:
You'll have to contact WPML's support team as we don't provide support for 3rd party plugins.
As a quick test, you can try to deactivate your other plugins to see if there is a conflict going on.

I tried and only had the WPML plugin active but to no avail.

Linda comments:

Odd, have you added any plugins? Did you upgrade anything lately? Perhaps disable all plug-ins and see if it works. If it does enable them one at a time to see which one causes the problem.

Linda comments:

Oh, well that answers my first question!! What about re-installing the WPML plugin. See if that makes any difference.

Have you done any upgrades recently?

-Linda

Tom Vanden Berk comments:

I reinstalled the WPML plugin but no change...
No updates. I only use the WPML and Tweetable plugins.
The problem already occurred before I installed the Tweetable plugin.
