YARPP Styling Issue

  • SOLVED

I'm sure this is simple. I'm using Yarpp's widget with their Thumbnails as I didn't want to use custom template... I don't think it really is necessary if I'm overwriting the CSS.

However, if you can see in the following link, [[LINK href="http://webhost-solutions.net/diyp/big-cheap-solid-and-foldable-diy-softbox/"]]http://webhost-solutions.net/diyp/big-cheap-solid-and-foldable-diy-softbox/[[/LINK]] , scroll down to under the post where Related posts is. I've got 4 displayed.

I need the thumbnail and title to be in line with each other, and not the title pushed down.

As I said, some of this is overwritten, but trying to get these right. Thanks for your help!

Navjot Singh answers:

Try this

.yarpp-thumbnails-horizontal .yarpp-thumbnail-title
{
margin: 6px 0 0 0 !important;
}

It did not work. I'm attaching a screenshot to the question to make sure there's no confusion.

Weird. Same thing works at my end. Here check: http://i.imgur.com/J4CBCNd.png

Where are you editing the css from?

Nile Flores comments:

directly from the style sheet in the theme.

.yarpp-thumbnails-horizontal .yarpp-thumbnail {
width: 300px !important;
margin: 6px 0 0 0 !important;

}

.yarpp-thumbnails-horizontal .yarpp-thumbnail > img, .yarpp-thumbnails-horizontal .yarpp-thumbnail-default {
float: left !important;
width: 50px !important;
display: inline-block !important;
}

.yarpp-thumbnails-horizontal .yarpp-thumbnail-title {
float: right !important;
width: 225px !important;
display: inline-block !important;
}

Navjot Singh comments:

Change this

.yarpp-thumbnails-horizontal .yarpp-thumbnail-title {
float: right !important;
width: 225px !important;
display: inline-block !important;
}

to

.yarpp-thumbnails-horizontal .yarpp-thumbnail-title {
float: right !important;
width: 225px !important;
display: inline-block !important;
margin: 6px 0 0 0 !important;
}
